Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
